Shipping & Return Policy.

Return Policy:

Contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit (within 30 days of receiving the shipment). We will replace the damaged item as soon as possible and send you a return shipping label if necessary to send us damaged items back. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged items. Please save original packaging for return.  

Other returns accepted with no questions asked within 45 days of receiving the package/ Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee equal to 20% of the returned items purchase cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

All pieces are made to order, so your piece is made for YOU! That means its tricky to cancel an order. Cancellation requests need to come via email to peter@sidetrackedworkshop.com. You can cancel free of charge within 48 hours (timestamped) from the date of your order being placed. After 48 hours there is a cancellation fee of  20% of order value. 

There is no cancellation allowed on custom orders. 

 

Shipping Policy: 

We ship via ground shipping for free within the U.S. lower 48 only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. On average it takes 3-7 days for delivery, but that is subject to the carrier. At this time we do not ship internationally.
